Tanesha Dixon-Gayle is a highly-trained communication practitioner with over seven years of experience designing, developing, and producing communications materials and content in several development areas. She specializes in intervention planning and design, communications design, message development, media engagement, brand building, and digital communications.
Tanesha has been expanding her skills in health communication, tapping into her formal training in Behaviour Change Communication, and developing her competency in instructional design for learning management systems. She is deeply focused on personalizing curriculums adaptable to the learners' needs and strengths. She has written multiple grants focused on designing and implementing specific interventions for key populations. In addition to her hands-on experience coordinating training events, she has been honing her e-learning coordination and digital facilitation skills through her role as a Site Coordinator for EDGH's Global Health E-Learning Courses.
Tanesha has a Master of Arts Degree in Communication for Social and Behaviour Change (CSBC) from the Caribbean School of Media and Communication, a Bachelor's in International Relations from the University of the West Indies, Mona, and professional certifications in Writing for Public Relations, Risk Communication, Global Health Research and Policy Development and Advocacy.
