Sweta Patil is an Indian national based in the city of Nashik, Maharashtra in the western part of India. She has been associated with I-TECH India as a Programme Officer for E-learning and Documentation since 2019. She has completed her bachelor’s in commerce from the University of Mumbai and is currently pursuing Masters in Social Work (MSW) and Masters in Business Administration with specialization in HR. She has an experience of over 2 decades ranging from programme administration, finance, planning, implementation and monitoring of public health programmes like HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment and women / adolescent health. She has closely worked with the government and non-government organizations implementing projects supported under CSR and international organisations. Her key strengths include capacity building, project implementation, coordination and people management.
