My motivations are derived from spiritual, physical, mental and family/friends. Spiritual in that I am a born again Christian and depend a lot on God’s guidance through Jesus Christ, hope of a better tomorrow. In regard to physical I love running, walking and aerobics amongst other fitness activities. My mental motivation comes from within where I challenge myself that, “it others have done it, why not me”. Family and friends have been many times an anchor in my life, and I receive a lot of motivation from them. In this world you need family as well as friends you can count on.
