To contribute to quality healthcare and universal health coverage through education, health promotion, leadership, and empowerment, Ghana Accra Meet Health Needs (MeHeNeeds) Consortium collaborates with eDGH to bring these online short courses to professionals in all parts of Ghana. Sampson has coordinated this site for over three years now. Since 2021, his site has hosted all courses offered by eDGH in a year and has never defaulted in moving on participants following site registration. The motivation, respect, and guidance he offers to participants in his site, alongside the local experts he brings onboard, are beyond compare. Bio
Sampson Kafui Djonor is the founder, CEO, and director of Meet Health Needs Consult, which is driven by the vision to make quality and effective healthcare easily accessible to communities through screenings, education and training, diagnosis, and treatment. With over ten years of experience as a medical laboratory scientist in international standards, Sampson holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences and a Master of Public Health (MPH) degrees from the University of Ghana, as well as a Doctor of Medical Laboratory Sciences degree from the University for Development Studies (UDS), Ghana. As a proud researcher in the field of public health and biomedical sciences, Kafui is an advocate of equitable and accessible healthcare delivery, quality and timely diagnosis, and effective implementation of proven interventions towards reducing disease burden and incidence, and enhancing quality of life. He is interested in epidemiological studies that seeks to control tropical diseases such as malaria, tuberculosis and control of non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and chronic kidney diseases.
