Important Steps and Dates for Applying as a Site

These timelines provide an overview of the site registration process for each course. They outline site-related tasks, key deadlines, and subsequent steps from the application phase to the course start. Updated prior to each course’s registration opening, these timelines are designed to help you efficiently manage your site and stay on track with important milestones.

Site-Based Model

Our courses incorporate a ‘site-based model.’ A site is a group of participants in the same geographic location or at the same organization that enroll in the course together and connect face-to-face with other learners. (Note: Being part of a site is not required for participation in this course. Those who are not part of a group can apply to take the course on their own—as an independent participant—when course applications open.)

Site Registration

Site registration is a two-part process consisting of 1) a site registration form and 2) a participant application form completed by your applicants. The site registration form is an application submitted by the person applying to coordinate the group for the course. The participant application form is what participants will submit later, when course applications open, indicating the site they’re part of on their application. If you’re the site coordinator, you may also be a participant in the course (but you will need to apply separately as a participant when course applications course open).

There is no financial obligation made by submitting an application to host a site.

In order to apply to the course as a site coordinator, please:

Important notes regarding site enrollment:

  • Sites can have 5-50 participants.
    • LMIH spring 2025 offering (March to June) can have 5-60 participants.
  • Participants should be able to attend at least 3 out of 4 site meetings.  (If you are not able to host your site meetings in person, we encourage to host your meetings remotely.)
  • The site fee is listed on the course page.
  • You can host more than one site, although if we reach our maximum capacity you may be limited to one site only.

Request that Site Participants Complete Participant Application When the eDGH participant application opens for this course, email the online participant application link to the individuals at your site and encourage them to apply before the deadline. Participant Application Opens 1 Nov 2024

Site Invoice / Roster Confirmation Details Sent by eDGH After site registration closes, eDGH will email your invoice, with instructions for how to submit course fees.

After participant applications close, we’ll send directions for confirming your site roster, where you’ll review the list of those who applied with your site and confirm with eDGH who is (and who isn’t) moving forward with your group.
