Ayodele Israel Ajayi hosts a site Fidelity EduTech and Career Consults Limited formerly known as Fidelity Technological Concepts, which started hosting eDGH courses in 2022. He has since then hosted up to four courses. Personalized and timely support, use of local experts in the field to help facilitate site meetings, networking, sharing up-to-date career opportunities, transparency, and strict adherence to eDGH policies among others distinguish his site from other sites. Ayodele welcomes health professionals living in any part of Nigeria to his site for a great and life-changing learning experience.
Bio
Ayodele Israel Ajayi is an award-winning Medical Laboratory Scientist with a demonstrated work history in the health and humanitarian sectors. He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development.
During his work in different organizations, he had the opportunity to apply skills and competencies in different assignments. He has pragmatic experience in laboratory services, public health, health emergencies, data management, and managerial and secretarial work. He is part of the Global Polio Eradication Program. Ayodele is skilled in clinical research, website design, Microsoft Excel, Access, Epi Info, Microsoft Word, etc. He is a Learning and Development Consultant. He had undergone different training to widen his knowledge. He has significant work experience in project implementation. On several occasions, he has received feedback from his employers, which proves his strong commitment to performing his responsibilities professionally and effectively. Over the years, he has developed skills such as teamwork, health interventions and emergencies, creativity, communication, planning and organizing, accountability, strong analytical skills, continuous learning, and time management, etc. He has a fast learning ability.
He was named one of the Nigerian Health Heroes by Nigeria Health Watch in 2020.
Among other 33 health workers in Nigeria, he received a Health Grant Reward of #1,000,000.00 from the March8th Initiative (Friends of the Vice President of Nigeria) for exhibiting compassion, diligence, hard work, and professionalism in his work during the COVID-19 pandemic.
He is the founder/CEO of Overflow Global Cleaning Experts Limited and Fidelity EduTech and Career Consults Limited, two enterprises that aim to provide quality services and solutions to various sectors.
