About my site
Sweta has been supporting the site coordinator since 2019 and has been playing the role of a coordinator overseeing smooth implementation providing round the clock support to the site participants encouraging them to complete the course successfully while managing their busy work/family schedules. Bio
Sweta Patil is an Indian national based in the city of Nashik, Maharashtra in the western part of India. She has been associated with I-TECH India as a program officer for e-learning and documentation since 2019. She has completed her bachelor’s in commerce from the University of Mumbai and is currently pursuing Masters in Social Work (MSW) and Masters in Business Administration with specialization in HR. She has an experience of over two decades ranging from program administration, finance, planning, implementation and monitoring of public health programs like HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment and women/adolescent health. She has closely worked with the government and non-government organizations implementing projects supported under CSR and international organizations. Her key strengths include capacity building, project implementation, coordination, and people management.
